This system is best suited for rapid construction where time is of essence along with quality. You get a finish which does not require any plastering. Saves time & money.Recyclable 100% & good returns even at the end of the life of the formwork.

The aluminum formwork method of construction is a new option for warehousing projects, manufacturing yards and storage space generating efficiency, productivity, savings and economical viability. On the other hand, this system panel allows in one day to empty walls and concrete slabs simultaneously due to its vacuum cycle, which also provides insurance earthquake resistant behavior

This system is very easy for unskill workers. Our company could produce aluminum form pin(16x50)&wedge (3x80mm). these set used with aluminum forms in construction. If anybody interested please contact me at formworkaccessory@126.com.

One More thing is there in terms of aluminium composite panel. ACP is metal fram work so chances of heat conduction are more ,to avoide this people use wool as an insulation is already in practice, but the process of filling gool insulation and cost of making tray, and appication complex make its cost on higher side. If we use Extruded polystyrene foam in place of glass wool , application become more fast , more effective, durable and cost effective too.

25 MM xps has almost same insulation value what 50mm of glasswool. it is high resistence rigid foam. and doesnt  have any water pick up properties, so thermal properties remain same through out same its life. one can cut it as per the size of panel and use it with out and tray .so process become  faster, durable and cost effective, there are no wastageof material as well.

Amit I agree with you.

This type of construction provides more seismic resistance to the structure and increased durability.  And more over lesser number of joints thereby reducing the leakages and enhancing the durability.

As per my experience..no formwork system can be best, various parameters/factors determines formwork system selection. Aluminium system is mostly suited for typical structures which needs to be casted homogenously and have restricted cycle time. I would certainly go for conventional formwork where the cycle time is more than 7 days instead of paying off huge amount. If repetition is a sale point..then I would say each day a new system enters the market...how long are we actually be using the so called ''N repetitions'' system...i would rather suggest to for the latest technology instead of investing huge amount and waiting for it to nutralize neglecting latest technology systems in market.
