This business, of course, brings food security to this country, provided handled well. Government offers a number of schemes to the entrepreneurs with subsidy to begin this industry to support marginalised people. Unfortunately, the entreprenurs have fear that the local goons who have political patronage would hamper their business activity!

From independence to still today,our people mainly depend upon farming and related business but they made very little income because lack of cold chain and food processing.We waste half of our food by this.So,their is lot of scope to export the food product and make money.It is one of the most important business to turn India towards Devloped Healthy country.
