if knowledge is important then why the freshers who has knowledge get less salory than experienced people...

I think without knowledge you can't get experience..........

Knowledge brings you the experience "Suppose you have to choose between two people: - one person with only  knowledge (but not having any experience yet) - one person with only experience ( not knowing if he/she is doing the right or wrong) Which one would you choose? Everyone would like to choose knowledgeable person not experience person........

Actually a person can have "only experience" without knowledge is ... nothing!

i also support,knowledge is most important than experiance..because sometimes knowledge matters than experiance,as the person gets knowledge,experiance will automatically increase...

I think, if you have the knowledge you will do better,  Experience has no value when there's no knowledge to verify that you are applying the right experience.You must gain and apply knowledge first, and experience will help you after that.experience is useful  But only when you already have the knowledge in place.

Both are necessary. But In my opinion, knowledge is more important, experience shows the way to apply the acquired knowledge to achieve the goal.

Hi Aniket, amazing debate.

Every company is looking for knowledgeable persons, freshers are paid less because they are new to the industry. Being a fresher if a company selects you it means you have some knowledge in that field. Nowadays companies are looking for knowledgeable and smart working people and not experienced and hard working people.

Hiii evryone . If a person have any exp. Think how he got that. If he has a recruter/selector than thi fact is with him that he is well knowledge.

A company run on the basis of only one theory of our syllabus like power plant , steel manufacturing , automobiles so-n-so. how can you find a person's theoretical knowledge is based on either on concept based or just rata-rataya. and by the way how you judge a persons knowledge

-by %ag of marks (you know it how examiner check paper)

-by fixing minimum cut off (not all persons do well all time)
