I think you will get your answer here. Anyways people get hired for technical skills and fired for lack of soft skills.

Both are important, but basic requirement is technical knowledge always , as soft skill can be developed in the due course/ mean time. Thanks for referral, Anand.

It is definitely soft skills because the technical skills you would have already learnt at college. Lets say an engineer joins a corporate, then he would definitely be judged on his soft skills !

I find ,now-a-days, various Bridging Trainings are designed to patch-up the fresh graduates in the mainstream. Even though, they are good in tech knowledge their soft-skill is missing. To keep them up , many top notch companies are arranging In-House trainings(obviously it means expense). I hope, this soft-skill gives an edge over in Employment.
