At this point most companies have freezed their recruitment process. Students willing to study in the IT Fields are hesitating when thinking their future... Are the getting negetively motivated?

In India considering average economical status of the inhabitants, it is well understood that most of the students willing to study IT expect 25K+ Salary in a healthy employment condition. When Employees are freezing their hiring it is obvious that they are feared About their career. They are negetively motivated thereby.
