I am on the side of frequent job change to GROW. Vs Stcik to one company and be loyal to the company.

1) It makes lot of sense to change the organization as Growth becomes limited if you stick to one company.

2) Better jump from the existing pay package.

3) you get to learn new things and get to know more people/

I second Sandeep.
Changing job has many benefits, few people can extract only some benefits, while the smarter ones always extracts as many benefits as they can.

Every individual is different, and will learn more when he/she sees new things and grow when he/she meets the new set of people. He/she will find out more about his/her strengths/weakness/limitations when the job change happens. Over a period of time, the career seems to have become stagnent with only one organization. This is applicable to the most of the people, but there could always be some exceptions to that.

Well. its constitution as we can not hold one person accountable for the same. If you think PM can take decisions and levy them on us, it does not work that way Sir.. his discussion will not make any sense at all. Regards, Sandeep
