Freshers are finding it difficult to get jobs inspite of having degrees or post graduate degrees. It is because thay lack in communication skills. It is better they join a good course offering them communication and presentation skills before applying for any job. Normally this course lasts for 2 months (2 hours in a day) and charge around Rs.2000-3000/- It is also necessary for the freshers, to go the website of the Company they are attending, in order to know something about the company, its products and its strengths. This will help the freshers to get an insight into the company and help them fare better at the interview.

Mr.Murthy you are 101% correct. No one will say no for your thought. I am a real example. After my Engineer, I struggled a lot in my job without good communication. After that I planned to do MBA where I have developed my Communication and other inter-personal skills. Now I am doing great in my job. What I suggest to Freshers is; one should not lose their self-confidence. Do or die is a old saying ...Do or don't die without doing will be suitable for today's scenario.

In the present day market, it will be difficult for freshers from rural areas to compete with their counterparts from urban areas, unless they improve their communication and presentation skills. Therefore, it is advisable for them to join a course and improve their skills before attending interviews.
