As businesses continue to slide deeper into the recession cesspool, what are we going to do? Just sit back and count the dole-outs being handed over, wring our hands and wail? No, we should really THINK of IDEAS that truly INSPIRE and lift us all high up. IDEAS that will beat back recession to where it came from in the first place. Everyone has a Plan 'B' in life. This is indeed an age of ideas. In time of recession, executives will come out with different ideas with can be very much useful for the company's progress. Executives will decide according to the strength and weaknesses of the organisation and how they can perform in a best way to get out of this economic downturn....

Its a good thought. Real scenario is different, in this recession part, most of the companies give this authority to top level, even may not. THINKERS are most important part of business life, but not acceptable during recession. Normally we call it lean management, whenever you do not have a substantial routine work, you can think about strengthning of your planning and look into the areas of weaknesses. Here thinkers are most important.

During recession, when business is having a question mark on survival, management involve in cost cutting and these thinkers become an overhead for them.

If management allow this positive attitude, definitely they can come out from worst situation. which is not possible.
