As half knowledge is harmful in the same manner half information is also harmful. There are feeds which provide only the outline and does not give complete picture as to what has to be known. People does not get the complete picture of the information. So the full RSS feeds are helpful which provides with the complete information of the topic.

In a nutshell:

  • Intended purpose of most of the genuine websites and blogs [like us, of course!  :-)  ] is also to provide link/ content information to their respective readers, visitors and subscribers by means of such Web Content Syndication.
  • Full RSS feeds let the website/blog readers have full content in their mailbox without having to leave their mailbox.

As there is only a snapshot of the stories in the partial RSS feeds the writer gets the information as to which stories the reader is intrested in. As a reader I would prefer patial feeds specially in case of news sources where the information could be gathered in one sentence inspite of long articles.
