its not tough to find a job there are so many,the best part all cross functional,so this calls for diffusing barrier in between HR vS Marketing job . So many jobs spawned by core functions,support functions .Yet IT IS A BYZANTINE TASK TO FIND A JOB THAT YOU LOVE AND you want to do.And thats the catch which we all need to understand.we need to analyze "do i drag myself to work in the morning?" or "just Hop to go to work.." as someone very rightly said "find a job that yo love and you will never have to work a single day."

Getting a job is difficult as companies today are very unpredictable, jobs are posted, resumes get shortlisted, interviews are done but finally no offer, eventhough you did the best out of the herd. Even in case of career change this is true. People are encouraged for career change for better opportunities and motivated to apply for new domains but what about the response of the interviewing companies; they dont feel like that.

company md mood is not a constant because no's of employees change his organaisation, the company progress vell or not a issue But he is thinking very bad i.e employee salary . he is not interested to increase the salary 100 year later also,cost is increasing to purchase emergency needs but his policy not change ,he is getting high profit his complete mind cunning his profits purpose acting to increase salary. after leaving job another job was not suitable require adjust 100 years also.

job is very difficult , the recruiter asking remuneration minus every time appointment,only just experience people required,over experience not required. over experience required but the age is 16 to 20 years minumum., the company progress very dull but he wanted easy method steel human resources very dead easy collect hr of all employees. ganesh 9989014113
