Mehul thanks for starting this debate.

I think companies should have a separate recruiting team for the purpose of recruitment. Because consultancies may not know your needs exactly. But nowadays it has become a process to outsource the recruitment, since it is cost effective and time saving. But according to me this process does not give bring effective and efficient candidates for the company.

Usually HR now a days hire consultants for engaging emplyees and this results in time saving and give efficient and experts in different fields
