Give your opinions about the proposed land acquissition and rehabilitation bill. Will it be good or bad for the common man

The bill must contain the clauses like direct purchase by the industrial house from the owners and the minimum rate. For this the policy adopted by the Gujarat Govt for SEZs is very reasonable and favourable to the land owners. Actually State (read govt) should act as facilitator only for the industry and should not force its authority in land acquisition on bahalf of the industry. State's undue interference not only adds to the low premium for the land owner who are to cough up their land compulsorily but also aggravates the rehabilitation problem.

Good for common man ,since he  can not run for money,bill etc.I HAVE SEEN THAT POWERFUL PERSON GET rather cash it and then go for court case claiming more,giving some fictitious reasons ,

hence for a common man it will be very helpful.

The bill can be supported since there is no unique law existing regarding mass acquirement of land
