I won't use extreme words like "must" but Today's market competes more on prices than on quality, and different places have their own competitive advantages over others, therefore global sourcing is quite important.

yes Now you can live in isolation thinking that nobody take away my market. You have to be on your toes to be the best among the world and for that global sourcing is necessary. When Indian IT companies get work in other countries we become very proud so why we worry about MNC coming here and take our Market. Be competitive and Win

Actually, globalization do improve quality of product and services due to competition with global players and MNCs as such but domestic companies suffer! Too many choices are good for customers to select the best for them but domestic companies cannot stay in such a highly competitive market with limited resources!
