GLOBAL WARMING AND THE GREEN HOUSE GASSES

The earth recieve app. 2 calories per sq cm per minute heat at the level of stratosphere and at the earth crust level,  it is around 1 calorie /sqcm/minute only. At this point of time the average earth temperature is +15 degree c. and the co2 level 385 ppm. This level is expected to rise and would be 600-700 ppm by 2100.

The water evaporation zone is between 23.5 degree north and 23.5  degree south of equator.The extra heat generated would heat the water of South Pacific ocean,Indian ocean and North Atlantic ocean.The increased heat input caused by industrialisation would  heat this water and the heat would be  stored in the water vapours as latent and sensible heat. The latent heat would cause conversion of water to vapour forms that would rise up upto 12 km above the earth surface.

Now the water vapours are about .01 % to 1 % percent. Why the heat would not cause more evaporation of sea water  instead of melting ice at polar reason and convert the sea water with the excess into vapours which may increase the water content in the air and also cause more rains. These vapours can also rise upto stratosphere where the temperature  is too low as compared to freezing point of -4 degree c. Why we are expecting horizontal movement of temperature variations in the direction of poler regions and not verical upward towards Mesosphere.IN OTHER WORDS  WHY THE FLOW OF HEAT COULD NOT BE UPWARDS?
