It took almost 10 years for this decision to come. Still is this decision right??

While i repect & share your concerns Shailena but it has very much cleared that some fanatics done that deliberately & that act caused 1200 lives of innocent citizens in the end...i live in Gujrat and i feel its doing all great a state can at the best....time to forget all these....yes we should walk like an Egyptian for judicial, political reforms!!

We are now becoming kind of used to of such gimmicks. Why to make a mockery of Justice when you don't want to deliver it. What about the other theory which mentioned the fire took place from the inside of the compartment? As per them now if Justice is done to poor 65 souls burned then what about the 1200 (according to Govt. figures) that had died in the aftermath? Everybody knows the outcome about the Zahira Shaikh's testimony to nail the culprit. What about MP Jafri's widow's complain? There are so many, but who will rise against the tyrant? We all know humiliation & difficulties faced by Mallika Sarabhai, Arundhati roy & Teesta Stelvad. We can't blame the Judicial system because it has covered its eyes!!!

Why do they even give  judgement if they want to do something like this!! It is not at all a satisfactory decision and had left many questions in our mind. The question will rise against our judicial system (corrupt judicial system??)..
