Even though Government job gives security for the life time, it doesn't give a path for investing our ideas whereas Private jobs to some extent give the pathway for innovative ideas. The people who are working are always the Government servants. They can't be boss even for themselves. Whereas this can be avoided in Private jobs. The workers can emerge as boss if they are really good at their work & they have strong basic knowledge.
