Thanks Natteraja fo refering, Himanshu it could have been better if you would explain little bit for the said subject. But of course since it is mentioned Govt Negligence and we are in india, no need of much explanation. We cant spare anyone from this negligence either state or central govt. We can see so many cases. It is very difficult to find out one case or reform or project run by any of the govt without negligence. Can any one say what happened to singur farmers after Nano withdrawl. What is the status of Madhu koda's case now. What about the great Ruchilka and Rathod case. Any auditing system is there in place to whether the crores of rupees giving under NRGEA. Let me ask one more question can this same negligence is there with everyone especially media.

Thanks for the referral Mr.Shrikant Chaudhari. The Government negligence can be observed on several areas in our country including the carelessness and guilty of dereliction. Starting the new projects on the country's development and not showing proper interest in executing the same within the stipulated time that leads to increase in project cost. Negligence in restoration of welfare activities for the people in time. Negligence in restoration road, education, and electrification facilities to the rural ares of our country. Negligence and res tapism in moving govt. files to resolve the issues related to the public. Pending cases in courts and awaiting judgment. Negligence and carelessness in attending the patients in govt. hospitals. Not finding out the real culprits and punishing the innocent people to close the cases. In the name of suppressing the separatist movement, security forces allegedly engaging in killing the people in the fake encounters. They are also targeting civilians when they could not fight with the undergrounds. Doing certain things in the name of counter insurgency operations. Negligence during a sterilization operation has diverse implications for the patients, ranging from serious health problems and threat to life to extreme economic hardships. Bhopal gas tragedy- Indian govt. negligence towards extraditing Union Carbide Chief, Warren Anderson against when a fresh non-bailable arrest warrant was issued in July 2009.

From reading everybody's opinion i think the Government is either deaf or blind...cos it is neither heard nor otherwise or else something would have happened by now..... Anybody can ask for whom the funds was sanctioned and how it is been utilized via RTI.

There is not a single Government program where accounting is transparent, and where the money reaches its destination in entirety. There are "siphons" at every stage, and only a fraction reaches the intended recipients. This is the practice, not the exception. There are even cases where the entire scheme is bogus (e.g. fodder scam). Even when they become public, nothing happens. There are murder accused in public life (Shibu Soren), scamsters (Laloo) and people who are known to have accumulated huge wealth in office (Jayalalitha). Everyone gets away scot free. Bottom line, of course Government is negligent and corrupt, but we, the people, are the ones who tolerate this, and thereby encourage it.

I agree with Ravindra sharma. Non indulgence of citizens, no participation of citizens r some of the main causes. Many a time people want to get their work done as fast as possible even without following minimum guidelines. Much of the time people speak volumes about how things r going wrong but never thinks about his contribution. I have seen in so many ocassions people do not pat or applaaud the good work done. Rather they try to create hinderance for the good thought or work. In my opinion It is reponsibility of the citizens to work and get the work done. It all depends on how u engage ur leaders. Many a time people go with personal requests but not about correction in system or social problems. It is the attitude of the people . In my opinion people should think about the place where they r living and should see the cleanliness, and upliftment of the area by taking support from fellow citzens, representing to politicians and beauracrats which make the whole system work and deliver.

Friends, What are you trying to discuss? Is the Government headed by people from another planet? It is each of you and your friends and relations who do not cause any hurt and are best of allies when in favor and are condemned if caught naked in process. Each of these persons responsible for wilful negligence is somewhere, someway connected to us directly or indirectly. Unfortunately a sickness called SELF INDULGENCE or GREED has overtaken control of this person. Now devise modes to simultaneously practice patient care whilst ensuring individual and spread protection as both are necessary in quarantine category. So as much the patient the disease is as well ours and therefore onus to cure is as much ours....simply think HOW????
