I have seen a lot of companies in India who run a kind of institutes running as a company, they take fees from employees, is this kinda of training we required ? they haven't any project to work nothing to do, they are just run an institute. Now the big question is who they are play with future of engineers ?I think govt should look at these companies and ban them .

Well India is a developing country...It is producing more than 1 lakh engineers per year...so there are not enough software or any domain company to occupy that no of engineers...more than 60,000 engineers are without jobs per year....so what if its a fake software company...Atleast the engineers are gaining some experience. The fake companies are not providing big salary packages..but engineers are ready to work for even 5000RS...so instead of demolising the fake companies i think they should demolish the unnecessary universities....do u guys knw that Anna university itself has 270 engineering colleges working under it.....let some good things happen in india....

Hi Chandra if the companies is FAKE that means the company is not having government permission.

FAKE does mean illegal, and the government doesn't know about that.
