great teachers and great parents defines quite a bit in your life

i believe most of the learning and initial guidance of our teachers and our parents define the way we act,react and live in society.

i believe we come with a set of predefined undersatanding and conciousness from our past life there is some carry forward.

Its a very one sided debate!! Who will even deny such basic fact. The debate should be about influences of parents and friends!! Thats my view! And yes, please do the correction as suggested by Viktor! :)

In kannada, there is a nursary rhyme: MANEYE MODHALA PATHASHALE, JANANI THANE MODHALA GURU. means that the home is the first school and mother is the first teacher. the tender mind up to the age of 10 years is a black box, which stores each and every thing in its nascent hidden memory which shapes the child's characters. that is why we see a lot of parental influence in a child's nature. hence we naturally inherit them.

also that - a child is good in everything. whatever we support , it develops that as a nature by exercise and get predominance in it. later, it would be identified as a sportsperson or a singer or .... nurturing by parents and teachers play a lot in the child's future.
