Can companies make their sales without efficient team??

Can companies in India depends on sales rather than Marketing??

Can companies increase their sales figures without New products development ??

Can companies continue with their top ranks without R & D??

Can companies survive for a long term with only sales without Capital budgeting, HR n many more........

In short according to my view sale is major factor only for those companies who have sound position and able to tackle any unforeseen incidents in market/economy/politics/environment etc.... or companies cover very small area.....

Efficient team is the major factor for any company to go on top and continue to go on top rank. Although the team related to finance or HR or sales or purchase or R & D...........

R&D => Product development => Marketing => Sales => Service - this is the cycle of the product getting to the enduser.  It all depends on the vision of the company to introduce good products wherein the first two make a major contribution.  Sales becomes the most important department to get the product to the enduser.  Sales teams always have a higher say in the whole chain because they are the ones who make money to the company.  A strong sales force always gains the upperhand in the market place to gain major market share of the product.  Me, being from sales always recommend Sales as the striking force.

Mr. Amba Prasad, i just want to ask one question that "If your sales force team are not effiecient then what a company can do"? We are here supporting an argument favor on Efficient team although it is related to sales or not. We are not making comparison with sales and other department because it is impossible to find out the result.....

And If you are providing after sales service to your customers only then you will achieve your sales target in future... means marketing is on top rather than selling...
