Entrepreneurs are people who have their 'gut over their mind'. The initial 'punch' comes from the 'gut feeling' that ....this will work. In a country like India, getting the 'critical-mass' to break-even for a start-up venture can easily be attained at a low selling/marketing expense. The problem starts only when the question of 'scaling-up' arises. Most entrepreneurs falter at this stage. And the main issue to handle at this stage is - managing the working capital.

I fully agree with this hypothesis, which has convincingly been proved correct by analyzing the start-up failures in our country.

Manager can be trained.. Entrepreneurs are always born... no matter u keep that guy in the crowd... one day he will definitely come out of his cage .. and do the ordinary in an extraordinary way..!! that's the extra which he holds within... that is simply brought by the gut feelings....

One of the important quality for an entrepreneur is risk taking ability, and it requires guts. So, I agree the statement "gut over mind makes an entrepreneur"
