Santosh good one, What you said is true we need to have a strong heart and mind to be an HR. Both plays a equal role and we need to use both of them while making decision. So compared to other profession HR is bit challenging and risky profession. Because the companies growth is in your hands. And in most of the cases HR's are answer for the problems.
