Remain calm and solving it lated will be a good option. Always take time to think and solve the problem. Decisions taken in pressure r tension will lead to wrong conclusion...... :)

Both the options will work ... But the more suitable action is to remain calm for .... rather reacting immediately. This will help in planning to resolve any critical challenge.

Yes , you are right Poonam.

To solve the problem lately may take some time, but it may minimize the intensity of the pressure. Also to take some time is good option to take decision on any particular issue.

We must remain calm, else it would    happen like, one vehicle is coming towards u with high speed & even u start   moving towards that vehicle with the roaring race.....Wait for a moment let the things be under control & then prove it, like a turtle...

A person in anger, anxiety is biologically also not in a position to take the correct decision or action. Lookback and see life is littered with incidents where delays in acting under anger and axiety would have taken people much ahead than where they are today. Its like being in quicksand, more you move and act, deeper you get into it.

Yes, right we have to keep our temper cool to handle official issues,

This is also applicable in family matters. The more speak @ the moment of anger and lose your temper it creates more argument and problmes.

If pressure means being forced to take up something U do not want to, (for whatever your reason), it is best to immediately let your superior know. Would it look good if you mulled over for a while & then decided that you wanted to refuse?

Issue needs resolution only when u let it become an issue. Speak up at the right time and keep persistent track of matters which has a potential to become an issue, is the right way to deal with pressure. When issues starts loosing its grip from your hand stay calm and try finding alternatives to deal with it.

remaining calm at the moment issue raises will not help you to resolve the problem. if you respond at right moment will help you to resolve the problem.

As attending the issue at right time is advisable for a proffessionalist.

bye
