Yes, Earlier America often ignores India since we had little global weight. But after the implementation of the Foreign policies India has become dynamic and transforming. India is now an important economic power, on track to become a top-five global economy by 2030. So America started using us as a tool for their growth and development by having partnership in various fields like nuclear-deal, India-pak union, etc......

I believe Indian foreign policy in last few years have become a tool of American imperialism.

It is evident from our policies regarding Pakistan,Iran and China.

Would love to know about your views.

Indian foreign policy is still very independent. If it were not, then we would have had soldiers in Iraq, Afganistan etc. However, our Foreign policy is becoming prudent and it has now become aligned to the needs of a globalised world and a Uni Polar power house, USA. Unlike many of the European, Asian and Oceanic nations, our foreign policy still has the virtues of Non Alignment and Neutrality. For e.g. we did not take a stand on imposing embargo on Zimbabwe and scuttled moves on imposing embargo on Iran. There are grey areas, just as it would in any foreign policy of any country, but the good thing is, we are not seen as a lackey nation and blind followers. That's tough and very overwhelming.

No our foreign policy has remaind the same. Only thing is that Americans have started showing more interest towards India. Since they have learned that India is a growing power and a gorwing market such they are more concerned about India.
