Our world today has changed a great deal with the aid of information technology. Things that were once done manually or by hand have now become computerized operating systems, which simply require a single click of a mouse to get a task completed. With the aid of IT we are not only able to stream line our business processes but we are also able to get constant information in 'real time' that is up to the minute and up to date.

I think technology has played a vital role in streamlining the information on one platform and made it available to everyone who has an access to that technology so nowadays in the business there is very less assymetric information as everyone has an access to the market news via anyform of technolgy be it mobile phones or internet.

IT has not only brought the world closer together, but it has allowed the world's economy to become a single platform. This means that we can not only share information quickly and efficiently, but we can also bring down barriers of linguistic and geographic boundaries. With the help of information technology, communication has also become cheaper, quicker, and more efficient. We can now communicate with anyone around the globe by simply text messaging them or sending them an email for an almost instantaneous response.Information technology has helped to bridge the cultural gap by helping people from different cultures to communicate with one another, and allow for the exchange of views and ideas, thus increasing awareness and reducing prejudice.

Technology has made it possible for businesses to be open 24 x7 all over the globe. This means that a business can be open anytime anywhere, making purchases from different countries easier and more convenient.

Whether its CORE BANKING  or ONLINE BOOKING OF TICKETS/BILLPAYMENTS/TRADING/TRANSFERS and TRANSACTIONS everywhere Technology has done the job more easier for common man/woman. At one time there were FAX machines separately . Today we get all in one with scanner and copy also.

Delhi metro shows upto what extent technology & construction together can benefit everyone. Modern machines have benefited every one of us.

LCDs have shown what exactly portable means.

Company general meetings through VIDEO CONFERENCES from its head office to branch office has minimized the wastage of cost and time so much.

Yes, As far as concern about the acess of information through technology it faster than the anyone. If you seen today's scenario about the developement and growth of the technology it performs tremendously. Since last decades the growth of the technolgy is very fast so that every business, every country performs better than the past.

But one things to be consider while using and implementing this technology the cost of the implemention. And in further we should also consider whatever technology we have utilization and use in the proper mannar should be there.

Technology has made all the information available at the click of mouse.

This is a well accepted fact.

In addition if there is free trade without much restrictions the world will prosper better, and as the investment will be significant between countries better ties will prevail which will mean lesser conflicts and more peace in general. However parts of Africa and Asia still have to improve apart from Pakistan and Afghanistan which really needs to have a polictical rebirth.

The world where we see increased competitiveness all the time, where there is economic uncertainty, with ever increasing regulations from the governments and global meltdown, companies are striving to continuosly improve operational efficiency, and to achieve this efficiency many have taken information technology to provide reductions in operating costs and increased efficiency by automating and streamlining existing business processes....which has not only increased productivity but also higher margins of profit for their businesses world over...so yes Technology has played its part and will do even more in the coming future.....
