Recent errors in many too step posting have provoked me to come to this conclusion. people write chakravyuh as chakraviu and many other such mistakes. Many other people even support that and tell wah wah. Can we think we have forgotten hindi or on the way to forget it.

after reading many postings spread across toostep, I have come to this conclusion. Mistake by one person is ok.. But i found noone opposing it and many people have told wah wah... Now what to believe .. We are neither telling our fellows to improve upon it and we are supporting wrong usage. Lets make an effort to say at least yes we are forgetting it, So That we can start fresh from here!!!

From my own experience I can say we are not forgetting Hindi at all as its our speaking language.Yes,we can say that the writing speed is becoming slow. Also in computer typing Hindi one have to learn. As English is dominating in business talks, colleges, and in writing too.

You are right that whatever is posted here in hindi many people just praise without any reason.

Yes , we have but we must accept that.

But the use of Hindi as a written language has also reduced, today we think about our careers and future and where English is more essential and so we do not take pain in learning it again..

We are learning foreign languages like french, but we must also not forget our National Language...

i would completely agree with Ms Bina Agarwal. It is just that we are dependent on english to excel in this global competition but you can still find people speaking hindi(or mother tongue) at home and informally. In hyderabad young herds speak hindi to impress people.
