yes...Government should simply auction the spectrum and leave it to market to decide what it wants to do with the spectrum. It can simply provide 2G service, 3G service, radio service and I say even hold the spectrum and pay the government. Let the market decide the best use of the scarce resources. We all know that market based system are better than allocation based system. If mobile tariff moves up, operators will have to bring effeciency in their operations. Government will make more money which can be used for development of social infrastructure.

cant expect lower than these tariffs...its almost nothingg!!! checkout the terif in other countries..its like higher than food some places. india rockingg!!

Thanks Sonal for Invitation... Yes,Tariffs have almost touched the bottoms but still some work needs to be done in form of say,Long term discount plans,Offers,quality of service,network ranges,video phone service etc. So still competition will remain but definitely margins will be much lesser than earlier. Guv shd disclose the spectrum for the people and if seen misuses on individual or on corporate level,then only it has to be regulated else not
