It would agree with it. It would bring its domain expertise, knowledge of VAS and understanding of consumer preference to the new venture and there are 73,000 outlets of Nokia.

Difference between the share of the two would make a difference. When Nokia was having a share of 49% and HCL having a share of 51%.
