Hey guys here is the next step in the mobile industry.

Mobile phone manufacturers be it Apple, Nokia, Sony or Samsung have produced heaps of cell phones with diverse styles of keypads in English. Now here comes Wynncom with India’s first handset with Hindi QWERTY keypad to woo Hindi speaking customers.

In India where English is still the second language and Hindi being the official language, people can make the most of this product that is available at economical rate of Rs.3395.

So friends do you think Wynncom Y-45 will be a big success ?????

I agree with you sheetal. India is a huge country and a big market too. So it is definitely a good move by wincom mobile to come out with hindi and will get immidiet response from UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and other parts of the country.

See all the forign companies underestimate India's purchasing power. All these companies go by book so the Indian companies taking advantage of the situation. See in chaina every thing iis in chinese language so everybody makes perticularly all the gadjets un chinese.

Its a good and best move from device manufacturer.

It will help much of the rural population to learn and use all facilities of the service provider/operator.

But the handsets needs to be very cheap as the major market addresses are rural desinations of low income.

It is a good move by Wynncom to come out with Hindi qwerty keypad mobile phones. Localization at any level helps to bring the populace closer to the product as the local language helps them to communicate easily using a script with which they are familiar.....

No i dont think so because typing in hindi requires more time with the maatras etc it may succeed to an extent in hindi heartland but not in other areas.
