how many of hiring professionals use any tool other then online job portals and emails? they are not even dreaming about any Applicant Tracking Systems, Screening Softwares, Skill-Gap Analysis tools, HR-BI tools in India, whereas a other places, HR have extensively using such tools to makes their lives easy.
