There has been a strict check on the loan giving policy of the people. The increase that other fellow is writing about is quiet misleading.

Till now there has been a particular limit set which accounts to $200 billion till this limit people can actually lend loans. So no point that loans are not been given.

The answer to his question is actually is no. Past records says that there has been a 1.5% increase in loans since the last month.
