  10. banqueting facilities / convenation center
  11. travel facilities
  12. airport
  13. railway station
  14. easy excess to the hotel

when a hotel is planed a lot of things matter and while those things are put in marketing statrgey...every hotel has its 3month trend set budget and one they captalized on the client base they review the rates...these are basics and the statrgey has to be very spicify...unless the managment wants to know there weeknees..it is good Q? to ask but it is within the hotel and mangment to encorage verious moudis of oprendi to oupt to sale the hotel...end of the day it is the bottom line what they understand...cheers any thing spicify pl mail me at celestine.grouphead@gmail.com
