Given the climate in today's world of Social Media, it appears that it is with maximizing the use of Social Media that a campaign like this which is for anyone alive who is receptive will benefit the most by this approach rather than contacting individuals. Yes it is for those who need it the most but anyone alive is bombarded by environmental contaminante. So a social media campaign seems most appropriate with the intent to encourage anyone who sees the information to share with others and to make the minimum donation of US$0.99.

The humanitrian relief has to be person oriented and there should be something particular to the relief of a person. Just verbal jargon won't work instead there should be concrete effort and activity. For that you need to reach out to the people directly.
