How can we do Contact Discovery using internet? When we are having only company names Don't have executives names?

When we have discovered various prospective companies from which we can generate sufficient business. How can we discover the people contacts using internet or any other means. This is required to set a target for the Inside caller team.

We need to give them leads to call and contacts to hit.

Or are there are any other ways of contact discoveries.

I have used various means on Internet like Linked in and other social networking sites to discover contacts specifically. And also refereed many journals.

Please let me know if you have any innovative way of lead or contact discovery in US and Indian public and private sector.
