One example I might suggest about the corruption agitation going on here among people. It again has our metaphysical ideas of dharma and karma intruding in our politics. Whan a manufacturer tries to initiate an investment or project a product where by he tries to pick up time from consumers without expending time from his own labor then whatever that extra time he creates is collected as rent by the elites so that they don't unjustly get enriched much. So we tend to eat lemon and they get the permission to supply them. The idea is dharmic and metaphysical lack of science in our thinking and administration.

Why youth cannot change the political scenario of a nation is because, it requires deep understanding of how humans cluster together and exists to prolong their life. So it is a cross functional knowledge that is required from anthropology to existential philosophy that a youth is not provided for at an early stage of life. To put the matter simply, politics is different from fuedelism or monarchy where only a few people has endowments and masses don't. In scientific politics the idea is different, endowment of the citizen, their welfare play a larger role so that 'specie threat' is avoided."Cluster criteria' is included for long term existence of the specie under the political ideology. In India we do probably has taken this into consideration then the highest priority was given to 'metaphysical' aspects of clusters like Dharmic cycle and Karma consequences where a person present state is considered by Indian epics as the cosnequence of their previous lives Dharmic deficits. So political science as it rolls out here is partial towards scientific politics and prevents all inclusive politics and welfare is never considered for health quality oriented existence of Indian specie. Here we again due to this has a third option for ownership of property which is Dharmic ownership of private property not acquired through scientific entrepreaneurships rather from dhammic consequences. So scientific politics under natural philosophy fails because it addresses only two kinds of ownerships private under democratic capitalism and public thuough proletarian communal existence. This is a huge area an no youngster can learn in short span of few years in school.Without accomodating 'economic consequence' of politics one cannot decide on the nature of politics of a nation and youth don't have such deep understanding of it so it only a blind mand bluff when they address this issue without depth.

I agree with this argument. Indian politics is such one of the biggest and democratic. But still there is some flaws in our political system where bad beings enters into it and ruins the whole system. To get rid of the situation and for making India as not only a big democratic nation but also a best democratic nation, a new system mush be introduced in our politics such as providing basic political knowledge in college and school level, by providing equal opportunities to the new comers to our politics with innovative ideas for nation's development..!

Youth of India, groomed in our ill funded campuses don't develop scientific skills to create new system for the nation from campuses. So they just create speculative models which tantamount to only Kants 'transcendental aethestic' models which is just common sense got from home grooming and no science or philosophy to back up each ones statements. So it is along way off before Indians can create a cluster that understand nation building.

according to me now here is the requirement to change in the system..bcoz updation is required in every field then like this we have to change or update this political system...i think if there is the long recruitment process for the getting job whatever like ias,pcs or in private sector then this system should also be start in the political system for politicians, interviews should be held for the politicians by an expert panel after winning election by voting, and after that top 3 parties should be interviewed, due to which we could get an correct person for the ministers chairs who can make country in a successful way.

Anybody familiar with the group called "THE GROUP OF 300, The Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Conference,(The Trilateral Commission is a club consisting of a few hundred rich guys from around the world, started by David Rockefeller in the early 70s in order to "foster closer relations" between America, Europe and Japan. And to bone hot ladies from distant lands. Probably). The U.N.("The antichrist will do these ten things when he comes to power. One, he will bring a one-world government. He's doing that now, at the United Nations)."-John Hagee. It tries to, yes, but it fails miserably. The U.N. voted against the war in Iraq, but the U.S. went ahead and did it anyway. The U.N. tried to get countries to interfere in Darfur. They didn't. And with the I.M.F.'s budget cuts, it's not hard to see how it hasn't shattered the hinges off of every vault in Switzerland with all its wealth. Honestly, if an organization couldn't even force the tiny republic of Mauritania to make slavery illegal until 2007, it's not in control of the world. The Council on Foreign Relations, "The Bushes and Clintons, The Neo-Cons, Republicans, Democrats, Communist and the Socialist all sit at the same Round Table. The Council of Foreign Relations. Another term for treason!" Who Are They? After World War I, a group of about 150 scholars were hired to advise the president about how to navigate a chaotic, post-war world. They never stopped doing that, and for about 90 years they've worked as a private "think tank" that "advises" the government on foreign policy. And steals babies. Who Thinks They Control the World? Historian Carroll Quigley's 1,350-page, unfootnoted 1966 brain fart, Tragedy & Hope, mentioned the little-known think tank, saying it would do anything to further its agenda of globalization. Conspiracy nuts took that ball and ran with it, and now there are bestselling books and endless YouTube videos blowing the lid off their horrifying plans for mankind. The Illuminati and/or Freemasons. We've arrived at basically the master conspiracy theory that overrides them all. The Illuminati is an ill-defined group of, well, every single prominent person in the world, from Barack Obama to Tony Hawk. What does this have to do with Freemasons? After all, isn't that just like a Rotary Club made up of old people who do charity stuff? Well, yes, but lots and lots of prominent people have been members, including most of the Founding Fathers. And, again, they meet in secret. So who knows what depravity goes on in their dark chambers? These days the mythology behind both groups overlaps to the point that they are often referred to as being one and the same. That's why when conspiracy types talk about that one-eyed pyramid on the dollar bill, some will refer to it as a secret Freemason symbol and others as a secret Illuminati symbol, depending on which they think sounds more ominous.

Unless someone has a god father, it is not easy to flourish both in politics and in cinema industry in India. Even if you venture, you are going to fail. If some one questions this, routine question in retort "when the sons and daughters of doctors, engineers, civil servants could follow the path of their parents, why not the scions of politicians and cinema artists. Those who pose this question are conveniently ignoring that to become a doctor, engineer, civil servant one need to make his/her effort. What their parents could give them is only the guidance. Scions of these group of people cant enter into the fields of their parents without having the required caliber. But to enter into politics and into cinemas you dont need any qualification and special qualities. We the Indians are emotionally blind. We never cares for a positive change. People those who are playing caste, religious, regional and emotional cards are flourishing in politics. Those who are sticking to positive politics are being nullified. We cant aspire for a positive change in this present political scenario.

I see the educated youth of present India show interest in racism. The feeling of we are one as Indian is only been visible in a cricket match and other international sports events. The geographical locations and cast feeling making them separate from being together. I see lots of comments on internet, especially from the youth and it explains how they are separating themselves due to the modern political, financial, geographical and racism. If the Youth of India need to change the Political Scenario of India, they need to develop analyzing the good and bad politicians, not just the party symbol. In India most people vote to the party symbol rather than the candidate. As the Youth have fresh blood, strong muscles and high energy level they lack behind of using the high percentage of brain. If they able to use their thought controlling aggression, developing patience, making right decisions may change the political scenario of India.

Well...we are a part of a system which is still a family based political system even we are having democratic system in our nation. Today we can see that youth is coming in politics. But most of them are from strong political backgrounds..so this is the reason a normal youth can never raise his voice or can never be a part of system...hence there is need for creating a new political system to counter family politics and work in support of nation as first priority...rather then being a part of system where you can never achieve what you wish just because of family politics of big politicians...

Creating a self enforced system of voting to right candidate and not to party. Election system too needs to be revamped. 1) Permit only two candidates/parties to contest 2) Put basic educational requirements for contestants. Based on this allocation of ministry should be done. A doctor must be given health ministry, and so on... 3) Qualifying contestant must get min. 50-60% of total voters mandate from constituency OR min 60-80% of actually exercised votes. This shall honor the choice of majority of people in the area. Presently a contestant getting 20-25% of total votes becomes a winner. What about rest 75-80% people who really do not want him as leader? 4) Put retirement age for MP/MLAs 5) Give performance incentives to MP/MLAs 6) Impose fast-track courts to clear courruption cases and baring them for next election, even if not found guilty. 7) Restrict other engagements during the time he is an MP/MLA. The focus must be on his ministry and its KRAs 8) Once elected, stop any blood and close relatives to contest for next two elections. This shall help to give chance to others / new entrants. In Present system politics became a family business. 9) ... aahh ... there could be many such things... A whole new system is required.

Our youth has innate potential. They can turn around the scenario very easily. India is put on a centre-stage by our youth who have displayed their competitive edge in the international arena. They were the fore-runners to make India visible in the World Map, and not by our great so-called leaders. They are not interested in wasting their time in entering into politics for a simple reason that they are all busy in wealth-creation for our future generation. With their efforts, they have proved to the world India is the preferred location for many verticals, be it technology, communication, pharmaceuticals, bio-technology, nano-technology, non-renewable sources, etc.

It has to be by creating a new system because being in the system to change it will never happen. It will be the case of one good apple in a basket full of rotten apples. Havent we seen a lot of straightforward and honest politicians made to bite the dust so to say by the system. I don't think anybody can create a new system by giving up the old system, because the new has always come from the old. Any new system has come into existing by effective changes in the old. So what we need to bring about corrective actions. Any system be it management, politics etc it has to be altered or amended according to changing times.

One boy travelled in the city bus at chennai. He has no Free pass for travelling. The government has not issued yet.The school administration told that student that he need not to buy ticket. When the conductor asked the student to buy the ticket he refused and told that he was a free pass holder. The conductor asked the pass.He replied yet not issued. Then the conductor forced him to buy the ticket or to get down.He told the school administration told not to buy the ticket, govt has to issue the free pass.after conductor threatened to stop the bus the student bought the ticket and asked the conductor his name. Conductor got furious and shouted at him.The public convinced the conductor and told the boy,you must travel with a ticket or with free pass.If not issued by the govt its the fault of the govt and he should ask the CM .If the school is told like that the school is mis leading the student.Conductor is doing his duty.If the student want to lodge a complaint he may do with the bus no and depot no itself not necessary to ask the name of the conductor.SO youth are like this.System is OK. Training to be more, on the line of, infusing integrity, morality, up-rightness, being co-operative, educative enough to discern the right from the wrong etc. Population need to understand the problem & try to get the best out of the systemic support. Just waiting to exploit the system does not yield any results. Even if you create a new system, this trend will jeopardize everything.

I am of the firm opinion that youth can not change the system, because they are also after money and quick results. A person who really wants to change the system, plays an important role and change the system and never try to run away from it.

@ Gurpeet, Scions of political choice is our choice. If you want to change it be active in politics and see them defeated. If you cannot succeed, them accept the collective wisdom of the electorate with all its follies. You are part of it.

The existing system we have could be counted amongst the best ones, we just need to channelize...bring in the new force of changes in ..possibly then we could reach up to new horizons...deep transformation could be brought about then!

Indian political system is to me a shining byproduct of the experiment of 'Rule by the people'. Going against the present mood of the nation,I would venture to say that it is an exemplary example. In this vast country, of varied cultures and is still victim of large majority being uneducated; I think Indian political and other governing systems has been a huge success. All this while following the universal franchise. This resilience of the system should be attributed to the flexibility of our system to changes. This is reason itself why as participants in this nation should be active in this system and try to enrich it further with our ideas.

The multi-perspective scenario makes a restructuring impractical. Incorporating changes to the existing system to make it compatible sounds more practical, i.e., the concept of re-engineering. The interesting question is how can this change be brought in..

The system is perfectly alright. But the people who are operating the system are bad and allowing the system to be operated like this are bad. If the four estates work properly there is nothing like that. Now Every one of us are writing our arguments but unable to come to a common platform to rise our voice. can we have arrange so platform and do some thing for the nation. For this it is not necessarity youth only need to be involved. every body can be involved. With a simple concept that law must be a martial law and quick. Let hundred people die for the right cause. During Independence though we call it as Ahimsa satyagraha, how many people have not lost their life so let us sacrifice. I am not saying life but some time and bit of money (very small) to change the society for our self

The main problem in current system is that there is no clear responsibilities assigned to any one. The best solution would be before assigning any ministry/role/profile, there should be clear cut roles/responsibilities defined from Cabinet minister till peon level. Before assigning any task/funds, full responsibilities should be assigned to persons & keep an hawks eye over progress/expenditure. I believe IT prowess shall come handy in handling such tasks. If anybody found guilty, strict laws (not 100 yrs old) should be in place with very heavy penalties & punishment proportionate to offense/scam. The way corporate world works today should be taken as example. Youth can help in achieving this quite easily, but it requires large level support & coordination.

I am sure that everyone will agree that our existing political system stinks. The stench indicates the presence of rot and the rot is not confined to any one party. It is generated by those part of the system and propagated by passive spectators and their indifferent attitude. It is not because the system was faulty but because it was abused. The health of any system in any nation reflects the health of its citizens. If our political system is corrupt it follows that we are corrupt. It is complicated because we as a nation are complicated people. We have accepted diversity and multireligious-multilingual existence as a way of life.To root the rot out, it is imperative that we join the system so as to pinpoint the source of rot. No system in totality is bad so the areas which need to be modified or changed altogether have to be identified. This is possible only if we know it intrinsically. If the areas are many then many will be changed and eventually it will evolve a system much different from the existing. The process has to be a step by step procedure. The political system is a vital organ and therefore there cannot be any quick fix solution.

Thanks Tina for inviting again, Just as we all know "Charity begins at home", similarly "Policy formulation, implementation and adherence to it, also begins at home". So (in the scenario of home) do we try to change our 'family system' to formulate and implement some new and good values/ practices within the family environment; definitely not! We try out various methods/ strategies by staying within the family. Had we not undertaken this way of practice (by nature) a major disaster in the social environment would have been inevitable. This nation of ours is also a family.....a LARGE FAMILY; so to keep it functioning smoothly without creating chaos we need to implement the formulated good policies strategically by staying within the system and adhering to the new policies.

Every new idea takes some or the other time for implementation, adoption and access. For long term benefit better remain in the existing system and try the best to make suitable changes.Parivartan is the other name of the world.Go for the ledger system in banks that were banned with the advent of computers long back.People at that time reacted bad but now the same people when asked to again go for the ledger system they will deny and may even run away.A system may be new but unacceptable for few for some time which gets the shape of common use after some usage,,,

comeon Tina, by merely changing the system you will not achieve anything, let alone solve our problem. Yes, I'm highly optimistic abt today's youth even jealous to some extent, as they r well informed, lot of opportunities in various fields r available to them & good achievers. There r no good system or bad system, a good system over a period of time may not stand as good one. Any system present or New should be monitored regularly for loop holes & just plug it & move on. No system is foolproof. As all of us know that a UID system is in process with a big bang introduced stating that it will helpful to identify the below poverty line people for social security schemes like NREGS,ration, etc, A recent newspaper report says that, when the census staff went to village to record their Thumb Impression, due to very thinline on their Thumb,as they were so weak. Iris impression cld not register due to formation of cataract. Whats the use of yr New System. Can't we identify & help them with the existing system? you may argue that to avoid get cheated but whats the guarantee with yr new system? when it cannot register their thumbline & iris for identification, u push them out.

To my opinion the first and foremost principle we all have to cultivate is to get away from the blame game. If someone takes a bribe, then the problem lies only with the person who takes bribe?? is there no problem with the one who is ready to give? Change is good if it happens within ourselves first. Before we get ready to blame someone, let's see whether we are also part of the same mistakes in purview of the locality we are in. The moment we realize our own actions and activities seriously, then we would start changing. When the individual changes, the family changes. the family changes, the community changes. the community changes, the state changes. the state changes, then the country changes. Let's see how each of us can change for the better.

There is merely a chance of argument about being with the system or creating a new system. Creating a new system means you are going against the system which is probable not possible against a well established system. How can we go against our parents? So being in the system and try to change the system

Any risk can be contained with proper consulations. If the youth takes new intiatives which are consulted with and well thought about, then there are more chances for the decisions to be more effective. The conflict will come only when the decisions are based purely on one's personal experiences, feelings and whims and fancies. Dr. Ambedkar did not write the consitution of India just in one night. And he also did consult the British on quite a lot of topics.
