I feel it purely depends on the Work and interest. secondly, I feel now a days all work for money. I have seen many saying Work for money.  Its purely wrong. We should always be satisfied from what we get in front. Try the best and 1 day some one will recognise our work and give us a chance of innovation or some time our experience itself will make us work separately regardless of our company job for innovation.

Secondly, Why we wont be satisfied?. i feel we allways think about others position. he is not cabale or well qualified for that post, but he is lucky bla bla bla. I feel never try to find any mistake on others. Just we need to do our work and be sincere.

Its been more than a couple of years since I've joined the ever growing population of IT India (i mean the Indian IT Industry). Bring a graduate in Computers I'd expected that an IT career would be exhaustively interesting and challenging, but what has happened to me and a lot of other IT aspirants i guess is the opposite. You are trained in a lot of technologies, etc., but seldom do you get to implement what you've learn't in your training. No place for innovation whatsoever, I remember my lead staring at a piece of code (enhancement) as it looked different from the existing code(lets say for sorting). I really don't think that the IT industry is enough challenging.
