As far technology is concerned no country can keep its technology always updated as its new version is on the shelf.......India, being on the move needs to implement the technology more widely.....as it still needs a disciplined way to to access a new technology.

India has always been late adopter of the newest technologies. Its true that today we are using most sophisticated of the technologies present but adoption of technology by common people has been very slow. Simplest example- Mobile phone company prefers to market its android phones as lifestyle product and not a utility product and its good for a reason that most of the people buying these phones do not use the applications and capabilities and are indulged in basic music and camera, and social networking to the maximum.
