If you are skilled professional in your respective field & like to call yourself as a 'serious' & 'committed' employee, capable of bringing laurels to the organization you are employed for, do you think you are at the right place at the right time? I highly doubt it! In this land of criticism & opportunities, you talent will just wither up and die, You will be left at the sole mercy of your buttering abilities! I wish people would be more straight-forward with less need of boosting their egos; but unfortunately THIS IS INDIA!

Anyways, I have no problems with anyone because I don't allow problems and problematic morons to be anywhere near me, I take responsibility of every word I speak & I know how to step out of billion $ legacy. For me everything is just fine, But what about the rest of us? Are they fine too, do you find yourself compromising just to keep on surviving. If yes, till how long?

Talent and skill ok but if their is no proper knowledge and hardwork..........its of no use....may be few months not years of sustainability.donkeys and horses are grouped togather what Mr.srivas says, donkeys are hard working animal than horse, its more like the topic which we debating on.

Talent sans Skill is like a 'one-way traffic'. Reaching your destination will involve crossing a number of barriers all time to come, an unpredictable journey throughout! If you possess both, you will not only become 'employable', you would flawlessly seep through all the probable opportunities!

Wow. Gr8.

You may have talent and skill. Who knows it? How they get the recognition. You have to show case them. We cant term it as boasting.

To get a job, you have to prove yourself in one way or other. Even after getting a job you have to perform to your best.

If you perform better, you will get the recognition you required in private sector.

Ofcourse, this has no place in Govt. sector where experience and caste counts much and where donkey and horse is treated alike, for promotions.
