If someone has a very good work exp. but no MBA degree, Do you think he/she will be able to get into good job or desired job if i may put it that way?

Hi madhuri, interesting debate. I think MBA is very important in today's business world. Experience will give you only few knowledge about how to approach a situation but when your a qualified in MBA you know how to handle different situation. And when coming to growth, a MBA holder will have more levels to grow compared to a person without an MBA.

So MBA is must in todays corporate world. :)

In today's world it's must. beco'z earlier there is no much competition that's why Dhiru bhai Ambani and other business tycoon was survived. and now there is much competition & thus v have 2 make our mind business oriented so that we have 2 get knowledge over it. So 2 stay in market it's necessary........

without MBA we can servive in a market. Because those successfull leaders like Dhiru bhai Ambani, Birla,Tata etc don't have such kind of degree but they are very successful in there our field and work. But there are so many changes are now happend in our market. So just because of that if we have a degree of MBA then  we get a good knowledge about the market. After that definetly we can do some thing extra.
