There are many opportunities and we are out of recession.

The employers still rule because it is them who decide whom to hire.

 

There are employers who are still busy inlaying off people  but that is not due to recession but due to changing technology demands..

Neither. Market is always driven by the imbalance in the demand and supply. so your question can be re framed as; Is the IT market driven by wealthy employers or lone freelancers or the so called entrepreneurs ?

It is the employer who creates jobs to achieve his goals and targets. He will scout for employee who can achieve and support his vision and target.

In an Organisation, there are two key persons, Employee & Employer. Employer can create the jobs but without the workforce, i.e. employee, employer can't do anything. Need for both is complementary. But employees are always the backbone of an organisation.

In a saturated market, it is always the employee driven, mind you we are all in the repatetive market when you take the ultimate consumerism, secondly, employeer have to bank on the employee as resource and infrastructure is the main backbone with employees only not from employer, otherwise we would have not come across a forum like this, I mean to say www.toostep.com
