Though all the plans are full of flexibility, stratagy, optimum use of resources and provisioning for forseen problems but troubles are knitted in a wide spread manner in industry, resources, finances and econimies which leads to confusion even in very strong plans and make realisation of goals impossible. During boom periods it is always the question of spreading business, increasing market share and finding customers which changes to finding new opportunities, retaining customers, multitasking etc. during recession. Rare opportunities can be availed by organisations only by keeping market leadership, quality product, customer relations, branding etc. which requires efficient planning based on analysis, study, solution management.
