Hi ajay, there are less college who are giving specialization in aviation management but the time will come where people with knowledge and fresher will be demanded becoz the institutes does not know where the market and industry does not know where to approach, they want knowledge so less to trained them.

Ajay this is a silly question. Any job people who deserve it will get it. People who join through recommendation/referral will not have their destination there.

what i am talking is especially about freshers in aviation field just like me and my friends. There are vacancies in India but they don't announce how to approach them or not even give paper advertisement. If we know that there are recruitment is going on in some airlines like jet, kingfisher,go ,indigo or some other but we din't get any information on how to apply. This is the situation so, how we are going to get job if no one give a chance and every one ask for experience

Hi Ajay , almost got it a CPL school , neighbours are pilots and lemme tell you recommendations do work better. It will untill and unless DGCA decides to wake up , there are thousands of CPL and Maintanence crew jobless , u might know the situation yourself. Current employees are given long working hours and mostly they are made to do double shift saving job.

DGCA needs to crack the whip. But on the other side , airline companys do have to face stupid high tax soaps.
