with out giving a oppertunity freshears to work with any company how the student get the expreance. all the top colleges students getting placement and work with MNC company first given trainning after that they get a regular employee, but in low grade colleges student still sikking for a job and their parents investing still loads off money in them so what is the use of all this company as going success. internally they take their relatives in companys that who the student employee as trainne even they dont know about any thing still they are their. so what the other student do and when their is walk-in company always take few student and in that they fullfill with rest as experience student so what is the result rest freshers still searching a job or change the field or do unexpected work which is dosnt suit that student etc. give the answer
