In this course of Recession... each and evry sales people doing their best to be in safe zones irrespective of the organisation they are in.... every body needs to meet targets, numbers... most of them trying to meet the toplines.. orgainsation banks on bottom lines...on other side pricing, potisioning the products isa biggest challenge in this recession.. question is is Customer Organisation is taking the opportunity of the current global recession and giving challenges to their Vendors by bring more compettion in deals ... naturally forcing you to cut down the prices to meet numbers.. means working on lower bottom lines.. question again is survival and growth.. comment

Mr.Nagaraj i definitely agree with your point. Companies are finding newer ways everyday to cope up with recession.Some are cutting costs, others are trying to provide quicker servics and also the employees are facing the heat to meet the targets in these tough times. But one should see positives from every situation and try to adopt innovative ways which will help them in achieving their goals.

Definitely its a challenging situatuion but like every other situation this shall too pass , so be determined to do your work and you will achieve success no matter how are the times.what do you say?
