it is hard no doubt but not impossible.have a thorough look at d resume n then try to interview d candidate acordingly.make sure that u ask atleast one or two same question repeatedly but in disguised form or indirectly.

If it is only fake marksheets, it is very simple as Sudhakar has pointed out. But whether he is the right candidate for the job is a little difficult.

Most of the candidates prepare for the interview from various sites and books.  And so are able to answer the standard questions.  Some are also able to answer questions relating to experience by rehearsals. 

But when they start their work, it turns out that the only good thing about them are their communication skills. 

Finding out such candidates is a little difficult.  If only they show the same level of preparedness in their job  as they did while preparing for their interview ....

Candidate with a fake mark sheet can b verified with the registration no appeared in the mark sheet. We may verify in the university web site.

Fake experience certificate  ensure it contains the phone nos  just a dial would confirm its true colours.
