I question myself sometimes, Why they waste their time in other's business? If that time is properly utilized, don't they think they can became competitors and achievers, rather than wasting time. Just ignore, if people around u doesn't want to change and dedicate to work.........time is ticking away……

Absolutely, once youu stop bothering about them, they will fizzle out on their own. The moment youu take note of them, you are getting into their trap and this would be the armour they would require to further irritate you.

Just Ignore.Pat yourself for being a better performer. But if the situation is serious, it is always good to interact with that person.

Just ignore is the right answer. If you take superior's help, other person will change his/her tactics and it becomes a nuisance to you. Just Ignore !!

The way out is first to "ignore them" but if the situation is out of control then go to ur sup immediately.

Priyanka I agree with you but at the same time this may be by habit also. So i think in such place I would have ignored him/her totally. Probably that would have made matter worse and died down in due course of time.

I myself don't know which one is appropriate; but I feel ignorance is good option. Because the jealous person is not going to gain anything unless he/she gets physical.

I agree to Ms.Priyanka, its a compliment, pat yourself and ignore the person... If you need to acknowledge, the following may help you: If dog starts barking... keep biscuits and move on... "Dheerubhai Ambani"

Many times we encounter ppl who try their level best to distract us so that their gfs, wives and bfs may succeed. Why don't our seniors detect this and sniff it out? Why should one person be tortured for the passions of other ppl who are not in control of their senses???

Better to seek your superior's help to nip it in the budding stage! Well, this strategy is good but sometimes you will be stunned to see that your supervisor approves your jealous co-worker bullying you. Usually, this has got blessings from people outside your office, particularly from political parties.
