satisfying is a state of mind in a person.Hence if one does his job in the best way itself means he or she would be satisfied of the job. there is no job that is looking as satisfying job.The job you do should be able to satisfy you and your boss.then it is called a satisfying job.

Satisfying job??No one can find such a job..everyone might done their education at a higher level.But none would find an satisfied job.they will have to accept wid the job they have obtained.Otherwise start a business of their own so they will be satisfied:)
