Subordinates come from other background and may take some time to cope up with their new boss.Instead calling them inferior and useless all the time emphasis must be on educating, motivating and supporting them so that they too understand their responsibility.Instances may reveal that we forget these and take a full class when even a small mistake is noticed. The option left would be to work alone as one may not get subordinate as per ones's liking and it thus happens to be the moral obligation to feel them proud in working under you.

First of all accept that he or she is colleague.2. Understand what she or he is capable of. 3. Weather he or she is appraised of what they are supposed to do. 4. Did they get the required training on the work related matters.5. And above all take care of them. Success will come automatically.
