DIFFICULT  is the woed  core word  in this  context .  Great quantities  of  RESEARCH  exist  that have explored  difficulties . Also,called  Personnel  Security  Investigations  to detect and  tackle  the difficulties  harmful  to the normal  functioning. There are  8 types of  DIFFICULTERISTS  (like terrorists) well-known as per the  coinages  available so far listed  below  to  familiarize  oneself with.

1. BOOTLICKERS  2.  BULLIES  3.   BACKSTABBERS  4. SABOTEURS   5.  WHEELER-DEALERS  6.  SUCCORANTS  7.  LATE COMERS  8.  DYNOMOGENESISTS .

As early as 1938 , Explorations in Human Drives @ Clinical Experiments  gave us the  following  Social  Consequences .

1. Superiority --- to hold power over people  and things

2.  Inviolacy  ---- to maintain privacy , self-respect  reputation ,  psychological distancing .

3.  Inferiority Escaping --  to avoid failure,ridicule,shame                                                 &  diffidence .

4.  Autonomy -- to resist influence , sticking to independ'ce

5.   Acquisition ---  properties, possessions , crossdeals.

6.  Retention --- Frugal, hoarding , ideal to idle stores.

7.   Exhibition --  Prestige , Shock ,  Achievement .

8.   Aggression ---  to  punish , to  assault , to ridicule .

9.  Self-Defence --  justify personal actions , retaliate , self-concept.

  

So , the point is that  Who are the Difficult People  ? The answer lies in noting that  Humans  created HUMAN BEINGS  who in turn created HUMAN RIGHTS which gave rise to Rights Activists  who created  LEADERS  who  brought in Managers. Managers galore  because these are the Knowledge-Beings  !
