To relieve your stress, if you pounce upon some other, you are transferring your stress on to the other person. If this is so, I cant call it management.  I dont agree with either of these.  There are some other ways of managing the stress. Manage your mind and feelings, by keeping cool in any situation.  Meditation can give the relief you required.

Stress comes from fear/worry. Why should you fear ? You have seen the past, you are experiencing the present and the the future will also pass through, no matter what you are and where you are. Some soft and nice words can change the other person, like "Gandhi giri"..

According to me hard words will help you to give up your stress. Once you shout out you will be relief. But it depends on the situation and the person on whom you are showing it.
